Instructed students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade English Language Arts, Reading, History, and Humanities with grade level specific content, differentiated to meet the needs of the individual student.  Balanced whole-group, small-group, & individual instruction to accommodate different academic levels & learning styles.  Encouraged student collaboration through peer group driven activities and projects.  Fostered independence by helping students take ownership of their own learning processes; includes time management development activities, creating classroom procedures geared towards requiring students to manage their own documents, introducing a projects with a variety of timelines to encourage prioritization of projects, implementation of student led conferences to foster reflection about work and setting goals for future growth.

Functioned as the sole practitioner of Records Management for all Texas regional offices. Continued execution of daily operations supporting more than 60 attorneys and their staff.  Reported remotely to East Coast Regional Manager based out of Washington D.C.  Developed workflow to allow for remote supervision of Dallas records management and support of an additional 25 attorneys and their secretaries and paralegals.

Hired as full time regular employee before contract termination, tasked with initial creation of internal records department for Houston office.  Developed daily workflow for Houston Records Department to support 30 attorneys.  Executed attorney- and client-based file mobility.  Curated collections of physical and electronic records to ensure legal compliance prior to transfer to new legal representation.
